JOB DESCRIPTION:
We need people who thrive on technology challenges and are currently having expertise on Microsoft Technologies. Successful candidates will be a full time graduate in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of experience in architecting application using Microsoft technologies. The resource must have very good knowledge to engage in requirements capture and analysis for developing, testing, and integration to the existing IT infrastructures. To gather and document business requirements; analyze and evaluate gathered information; review, enhance and upgrade the features of the existing IT systems and applications; develop special modifications to existing applications and systems to meet existing and emerging needs; evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements; write and execute test plans and test cases in manual and automated environments to ensure quality of both software programs and applications; troubleshoot and resolve networking issues between application database and file servers; conduct quality reviews and walk-thru perform unit, integration and system testing; and coordinate with the project management to ensure delivery of on-time unit tested code written in accordance with specified design and coding standards; provide documentation, troubleshooting and user support. Nice to Have: It would be great if the resource is MCTS certified in any Microsoft Technology and have good knowledge on advance topics like BizTalk & Exchange server Integration with SPS, single sign-on, InfoPath, etc. In order to perform the highly specialized and complex job duties of the position, an Analyst must possess an understanding of various business processes, computer system and network needs as well as various types of system architecture and applications. Thus, a Systems Analyst must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a closely related field. This level of education and/or training is absolutely imperative to the performance of the job duties. Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET and SQL Server would be encouraging. The candidate should have been involved in architecting application using defined frameworks or multi-tier application. Candidate is expected to have strong communication and inter-personal skills.
